Firstly, I would like to thank you for being with me through out. I remember from where we started 1 year ago: from travelling so much to no travelling at all, I have come a long way with you. You have not just been a fitness coach but a wellness coach for me. Honestly, I never expected to learn so many little yet important things on the way to getting fitter. I feel last year was a year of realization. I learnt to listen to my body and mind. Talking to you and listening to your podcasts, watching your IG stories, I like really learnt how exactly to not give up and appreciate your self for all that ur doing. I definitely don't think I ever connected with anyone on this level. So thank you and thank god for this friendship. You have unintentionally helped me so much mentally as well. I feel that though I couldn't drop much of body fat in the first year but I did understand my body well. I understood my likes, dislikes which was very important for me to push myself.

I definitely feel that I am someone who now prioritizes her health: both mental and physical. Learnt to plan my daily activities. I still have lot of anxiety but now I know that I'm not alone in this. Things will change. I just have to give in my best before feeling depressed for not seeing the desired results. The last 3.5 months have helped me to get into a routine and I'm so glad that in times when people are facing so many issues, we are getting better at getting fitter and stronger. Now, I have a routine and obviously there are days when I just completely miss my goals but I get back on track. My periods pain has reduced drastically, my medicine dose has reduced drastically.

Physically also, now I can see my body getting toned up which motivates me.

I've been training with Kriti since 6 months. It has been truly helpful. Wrt diet, I've understood so much about macros and dos and don'ts and all of this with you not complicating anything at all. Such follow-able, simple, affordable diets you give. Even workouts, you keep up-ing it slowly and I did not feel like I wouldn't crack this ever.

I feel a lot more positive now. I feel fat loss is possible and I believe in myself so much more. You're the best, Kriti!

It has been an amazing journey with u Kriti I never thought I would be able to lose weight again and feel so good about myself. It was not just about the weight loss.. I started to fall in love with the workout program day by day and I started to eat healthy meals. I never ever thought I would fall in love with oats throughout my life.. thank u for making me understand tat whenever I couldn't workout due to work or health issues that everybody has a hard week sometime all we have to do is try to get back in track and stay consistent. My goal when I started the program was not to quit on myself again no matter what and to stay consistent and I am so proud of myself that I kept the promise and I stayed consistent.. all of this would have never been possible if it wasn't for u Kriti ur the best coach ever 60.5 to 53 kgs!

It's been great! I have reduced consistently in the last 12 weeks that I have worked with you. And all thanks to your guidance and motivation. The programs really helped me realise that I stick to what I want, I have the ability to achieve it. I am opting for more healthier foods now. (for most of the days). And workouts have been very challenging and I could see my body has toned a lot because of the strength training.

I have lost few inches and almost 4 kgs (one more week to go). I feel good internally. And my IBS has reduced so much. That’s a major thing because I was suffering for almost a year and a half. And My bust has reduced. Before the workout, whatever I did it wasn’t better. I have lost almost one and half inches which is great!

I began my fitness journey with Kriti a year ago with an aim to lose weight. Little did I know weight loss is not just about following a diet and workout plan but it is a more holistic approach in terms of setting life goals, being disciplined, persistent in workouts, believing in yourself, being happy within and so much more.

 

It was Kriti who changed my perception by introducing me to this lifestyle approach which enabled me to achieve results on my weight loss journey. Soon I started calling her my Lifestyle Coach, my Mentor rather than just Fitness coach!

 

Kriti is always approachable and gives timely inputs whenever I am stuck. Her gentle, caring but firm approach to training set me on a path of enjoying my workouts vis-à-vis an activity to be ticked in the day.

 

Kriti's you tube videos and Instagram posts are very motivating and insightful. Seeing her dedication towards her goals, the consistent hard work she puts in and the amazing body transformation she has achieved as a result of it only makes me respect her more and believe in her coaching whole heartedly.

It has been a wonderful experience. I have not been this much consistent in my workouts and meal plans as well. I have got to learn new movements and have felt muscles burning which I never thought I had :P. The experience is not monotonous as the schedule changes every month. And even within a month, the style changes which keeps me motivated to adapt and push. Apart from that I have realised the importance of rest and not overdoing by listening to my body. You have been a patient listener and a great guide as you listen to all the questions I ask and guide me accordingly. This has helped me to understand how my body and mind works. Also, you are always available and try to make us understand what we are doing wrong and why it is wrong which is very necessary.

I have seen great deal of changes not only physical but also mental. Physically, my stamina, strength and endurance have improved a lot. I have reduced few inches and my clothes have started fitting which never used to fit. I can see that my body has toned and am losing the love handles, arm fat and thigh fat as well. Mentally, it has taught me how to look at my plate while eating. I always try to balance it with fibre, carbs, protein and fat. This training has also taught me the importance of consistency and failure. I have learnt to accept that I will fail again and again and stray from my meals but the key point is to get back. Being consistent is more important and the results will be slow but I will get there. Overall, I feel more energetic and confident about myself. And I have learnt that keeping fit is a lifestyle and not just something which you do for some time and leave it.

My experience with you(Kriti) has been incredible. You take a lot of time in making the workout interesting and not mundane. Also you do stress on the importance of taking rest and modify a workout to suit to my requirements. You push me to do better on a regular basis. I love the fact that we do strength training and you do include a 'de-load' week to ensure we have sufficient time for recovery.

I'm more energetic, I look forward to our sessions because beyond the workout, it's the bonding we have that I enjoy as well. I can definitely see some inch loss in my waist, hips, bust and some toning in my legs.
